The scope of this program includes:
• Applying ESI Safety Rules & Access Procedures
• Operating HV & LV Switchgear
• Performing Switching
• Developing, coordinating and directing Switching Programs

Who is this Program for?
This program includes 3 stages of progressive learning courses typically used by people operating in the High Voltage and Energy Supply Industry.

How is this Program delivered?
This program is scheduled for delivery each month at the JPR Training Head Office located in Wacol, Brisbane Qld.
Alternatively, this course can be delivered onsite at your facility in appropriate training rooms and access to appropriate practical activity plant & equipment.

Knowledge (theory) delivery and assessment via our cloud based online learning system (coming soon!)

How long will it take to complete?
5 days is required to complete the full program.

Since this is a progressive learning program, trainees can however choose to complete only the courses they need from the 3 courses that make up the program:
1. Accessing HV Networks – 2 days
2. Switching HV Networks – 2 days
3. Coordinating HV Networks – 1 day
4. Cloud based knowledge delivery – Self-paced (coming soon!)

a) Accessing HV Networks course +

b) Cert III in Electro-technology to be able to receive a Statement of Attainment

A Statement of Completion is otherwise issued to any persons that do not have a Cert III in Electrotechnology.

 

  1. Coordinating HV Networks

a) Accessing HV Networks +

b) Switching HV Networks +

c) Cert III in Electro-technology to be able to receive a Statement of Attainment

A Statement of Completion is otherwise issued to any persons that do not have a Cert III in Electrotechnology.
