General Support

How do I upload documents?

Either use a scanner and save the image as a .pdf file format and then use the upload link which will direct you to the scanned file.

Use the inbuilt camera on your phone or tablet to take a picture or video of the evidence and upload the picture or video file to Cloud Assess.

I accidently used the save and submit button when the assessment was not complete?

What’s required from me when attending face to face sessions?

Make sure you are wearing protective footwear, JPR will provide other PPE.

JPR provides light meals (advise in advance of any dietary concerns).

There is restricted car parking at the Wacol facility.

For start and finish times this varies with each course.

Are you looking for a re-print of your certificate?

Send your name, contact details and information about the particular course and email to [email protected] or call 07 32712911 and ask for training support.

A payment of $11 will be required for each re-print.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint email [email protected] or send your complaint in writing addressed to the JPR RTO Manager, 114 Campbell Ave, Wacol, QLD 4076.

JPR Training has an obligation to respond to every complaint.

International Support

Is it possible for me to enrol in a course?

It is possible for you to either enrol in the recognition of prior learning (RPL) module or appropriate certification recognition modules.

Yes you can enrol in the cloud based courses but these are ONLY the theoretical component of the particular full qualification or skill set, you would need to enrol in the face to face sessions to complete the program.

Can face to face tuition be conducted in a country other than Australia?

Yes we can offer client based training in most countries, send your name, contact details and information about the particular course and email to [email protected] or call 07 32712911 and ask for training support and we will compile a proposal.

Are the Australian qualifications recognised in other countries?

Our training is accredited to the Australian National Quality Framework, you should check with your local authorities to see whether they are equivalent or not.
